As the Founder and CEO of Ematrics, my mission comes from my own journey as a salesperson. I remember struggling to practice effectively—working on my pitch alone just wasn’t cutting it. Coaching programs were either too expensive or lacked the personalization I needed. When I finally got on calls with real clients, I often found myself scrambling to keep up with what was being said, trying to uncover their pain points, and getting them to open up. It was stressful, and I knew I could have done better with a little extra help. But sales managers were always swamped, so feedback on my calls was rare.
That’s why I created Ematrics. I wanted to solve the very problems I had faced—by building a platform that gives sales professionals an edge. Ematrics combines AI-driven simulations, real-time assistance during calls, and detailed feedback afterward to help salespeople master their craft. It’s designed to make every conversation smoother, more impactful, and ultimately more successful.
I believe that great salespeople don’t just happen—they’re developed through practice, support, and the right tools. Ematrics is my way of making sure others don’t face the same challenges I did. I want beginners to feel confident closing big deals right out of the gate, and for experienced closers to take their performance to the next level by increasing their close rates.
Sales is a universal language, and I believe everyone deserves to speak it fluently.
